Portal for Grieving and Healing

Originally piloted in 2023, this 5 arch participatory sculpture was in dialogue with the WIND at the LA State Historic Park’s bridge as part of the LA Freewaves’ HEAL HEAR HERE featured a fabrication collaboration with Erin O’Brien, a pre-event open studio at the Armory Center for the Arts and an on-site collaboration with D’Lo’s participatory healing project “Cry with You”.
