Facilitator

De La Cruz has over 30 years of experience as a facilitator and training deviser towards helping neighbors, co-workers, collaborators, and strangers talk with each other about creating diverse, equitable and accessible spaces.

De La Cruz has devised trainings and national convenings for the Network of Ensemble Theaters, California State University Polytechnic, Pomona, Marlborough School, and Theatre Communications Group among others.

De La Cruz has also been a featured speaker at national convenings for Art Change US: Arts Equity Summit, Grant Makers in the Arts, and the Weingart Foundation.

Here Alison is facilitating the closing plenary for Network of Ensemble Theatre Micro-Fest in Minneapolis, MN.

De La Cruz has been facilitating groups of all sizes since the early 1990s. This June 1996 photo was the first Brotherhood Sisterhood Camp that Alison served as Co-Director, she would later go on to Co-Direct the Youth Leadership Program later that year.
